We are currently on-site at Oxford Science Institute, Oxford, delivering a phased groundworks scheme. Phase one includes the construction of additional car parking facilities for the occupants, installing a new newt swale, and delivering the enabling works for phase two, including a mass fill using recycled 6f5 and a new pumping chamber.
The second phase will involve the installation of ground beams, drainage, and ground-floor slabs for a new laboratory at the science centre.
The new newt swale has been constructed in line with local environmental regulations, dedicated to preserving local biodiversity and supporting the protected species found on site.
