Our team has been appointed to deliver inffrastruature works at The District Centre, Reading. The scope of works includes the construction of new roads, foul and surface water drainage systems, utility service installations, and associated Section 278 and Section 50 works.
This scheme will be delivered over a 52-week programme, operating to strict timelines to ensure that the development is fully accessible and operational for incoming residents, businesses, and key stakeholders. Central to the project is the construction of a new access road providing direct connectivity to a primary supermarket and retail facility—enhancing access, safety, and traffic flow for the wider community.
