20 week programme
Our team was appointed to deliver a comprehensive package of groundworks and landscaping to create a new Suitable Alternative Natural Greenspace (SANG) at West Court in Wokingham. The goal was to transform a large rural site into a publicly accessible green space, enhancing biodiversity, providing leisure access, and supporting local development requirements. The scope of works included the construction of new tarmac roads, public footpaths, access roads, and car parking facilities. We also installed new fencing and implemented extensive drainage improvements to ensure long-term site sustainability.
